How the Curaçao reef tour with a drone works
The ROV enters the underwater environment. Guests remain above water. The live camera feed appears on a large screen while the operator explores reef structures and underwater areas. Guests then receive guided pilot time in a safe operating zone.

Preview a Reef Before You Dive It
Certified divers and dive groups may also use underwater drone exploration as a visual preview of a location before entering the water. The ROV can provide an initial visual look at reef structure, underwater features and areas divers may later choose to explore.

Can I Explore a Curaçao Coral Reef Without Swimming?
Yes. Some underwater experiences allow visitors to observe reef environments without swimming. The Underwater Drone Expedition keeps guests above water while the ROV explores below and transmits live video to the viewing screen.
